Vincenzo De Paolis is an Italian community leader in Australia, based in Melbourne, recognised for his role in strengthening, representing, and connecting the Italian community across the country. ​ With over ten years of experience in community services, aged care, and multicultural leadership, he has built a strong track record of delivering impactful initiatives that promote inclusion, wellbeing, and social connection across diverse communities. ​ As President of Uniti in Australia, Vincenzo leads a nationally recognised organisation that is officially acknowledged by the Regione Puglia and the Victorian Multicultural Commission, and registered in the official Register of Italian Associations Abroad. Through this role, he drives initiatives focused on cultural identity, representation, and community empowerment, connecting Italians across generations and fostering a more united and engaged presence throughout Australia. ​ He also serves as Vice Consultore for the Regione Puglia, contributing to strengthening the relationship between Italy and Italians abroad. In addition, he is actively involved in political coordination as Coordinator of Fratelli d’Italia in Australia. ​ His work has been formally recognised through significant contributions to multicultural development and community leadership in Victoria. He is a recipient of the Multicultural Award for Excellence awarded by the Premier of Victoria, and has been recognised by the Victorian Multicultural Commission for the initiative “Mano nella Mano” developed during the COVID-19 pandemic to support vulnerable members of the community.
